General information

In all cases, we accept orders in writing through the interface under the Purchase and cart icon. The system sends an automatic confirmation of each order, which is used to check the correctness of the data. We confirm the received orders within 24 hours on working days and undertake to fulfill them in accordance with the confirmation.

In case of ordering several items at the same time, the cost of delivery (if delivery has been requested) is indicative, the final cost will be calculated and given at the time of confirmation.

The prices on the website are in Hungarian forints and include VAT in all cases where the net amount is not separately indicated by the word "net".

The Data Controller uses so-called cookies during the visit to the website. A cookie is a package of information consisting of letters and numbers that our website sends to your browser for the purpose of saving certain settings, facilitating the use of our website and helping us to collect some relevant, statistical information about our visitors.

Strictly necessary cookies for functioning: These cookies are essential for the use of the website and enable the use of basic functionalities of the website. Without these, many of the site's features will not be available to you. The lifetime of this type of cookie is limited to the duration of the session only.

Cookies to improve your experience: These cookies collect information about your use of the website, such as which pages you visit most often or what error message you receive from the website. These cookies do not collect any identifying information about the visitor, i.e. they work with completely general, anonymous information. The information obtained from this is used to improve the performance of the website. The lifespan of these types of cookies is limited to the duration of the session only.

Delivery and payment terms

Shipping methods:

The ordered products can be picked up in person at our company or delivered according to the conditions set out in the confirmation. Delivery is carried out by contracted logistics companies. When ordering compressor coolers, due to the weight of the device, the customer must take care of the movement of the product, if this is not possible, please let us know so that the forwarder can provide loading staff. The loading staff is an extra cost, which must be agreed with us before delivery. In order to ensure the smooth delivery of goods, it is recommended to provide the contact details of the person receiving the goods when ordering.

Our webshop only fulfills orders within the territory of Hungary.

The cost of delivery for each product is calculated based on the weight of the product, which is indicated on the order.

If you want to give the products as a gift, it is possible to indicate the recipient directly as the delivery address. In this case, the proposed payment method is a bank transfer in advance.

Please inspect the package in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery, and if it is damaged, make a report and do not take over the package. We are not able to accept subsequent complaints about the physical damage or defect of the package without a report.

Payment methods:

- cash or credit card payment, if you pick up the product in person at our company

- advance transfer, if you receive the product from our company, but do not want to keep cash with you, or if you request the product to be delivered to a third party (e.g. as a gift)

- cash on delivery, if the goods are taken out by a carrier, in which case the carrier must pay in cash

- credit card payment through the webshop order

Warranty:

If the installation and operation of the product complies with the instructions for use, we offer a 3-year warranty on the compression wine coolers. The repair of the devices is carried out in our own service, if the duration of the repair may exceed the time prescribed by law, we provide a replacement device until the device is ready.
